In the heart of Fagagna (UD), in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a charming little house awaits you, equipped with all the comforts and essential services nearby: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a laundromat, a bank, supermarkets, and even a bus stop for intercity travel to Udine.
On the ground floor, adorned with attractive exposed beams, you will find a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen that includes dishes, plates, glasses, kitchen linens, an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, ironing board and iron, drying rack, and cleaning supplies. The amenities also include a TV, radio, games for children, a highchair, umbrellas, and a small welcome kit for your furry friends, which includes bowls, hygiene bags, and a blanket.
The first floor, featuring wooden flooring and exposed beams, has a room with two single beds (which can be converted into a double upon request) and a crib for the little ones. Here, you will also find ultra-fast WiFi, a furnished terrace with a table and chairs, and a bathroom with a window and a convenient shower.
Ascending to the second floor, which is also in the attic with wooden flooring, you will discover a spacious room with three single beds and a second windowed bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
The house has wooden stairs and offers free parking just a few meters away, with time-limited parking areas nearby. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.
The environment is clean, well-maintained, and family-friendly: you will feel right at home here.
The establishment does not provide a breakfast service, but you will find many cafes nearby where you can enjoy excellent Italian breakfasts.
To kick off your day on the right foot, you will find a complimentary light "dry" breakfast at home, which includes toasted bread, jams, butter, herbal teas, tea, and chamomile. A coffee machine and a kettle are also available for you to prepare hot beverages at any time.

The house is located in a strategic position, just 5 km from San Daniele del Friuli, famous worldwide for its ham, and from the Villalta Castle in the Fagagna area.
In just a few minutes, you can visit the Oasi dei Quadris, a natural habitat for storks, the symbol of the town, or explore Cjase Cocel, the museum of rural civilization, and the historic dairy of Fagagna, renowned for its delicious cheeses.
Within a 20-30 minute drive, you'll find other charming places: Ragogna Castle with its trails from the Great War, Rive d’Arcano Castle, Colloredo di Monte Albano Castle, and beautiful medieval villages such as Spilimbergo (City of Mosaics), San Vito al Tagliamento, Gemona del Friuli, and Venzone, which was rebuilt stone by stone after the 1976 earthquake. Udine, with its elegant historic center, is only 10 km away.
In about an hour's drive, you can reach the seaside resorts of Grado, Lignano, Bibione, and Caorle, while a bit further are Trieste, Gorizia, and even Venice.
The area also offers numerous trails and bike paths for cycling enthusiasts, and it serves as an excellent stopover for many motorcyclists traveling through Friuli before continuing on to Austria and Slovenia.
